What we do

Limo Services NYC is a licensed chauffeur and black car operator working across all five boroughs, Long Island, Westchester, Rockland, the Hudson Valley, northern New Jersey and Connecticut. We run flight-tracked airport transfers to JFK, LaGuardia and Newark, wedding and event transport, corporate accounts, party buses and long-distance city-to-city runs.

Most of our work is repeat business and referrals, which shapes how we operate. A client who flies twice a month notices the difference between a car that arrives ten minutes early every time and one that arrives on time most of the time. That margin is the whole product.

Why we publish our prices

Most operators in this industry hide pricing behind a quote form. We publish ranges on our rates page and put real transfer estimates on every neighborhood page, because a customer who can budget before calling is a customer who trusts the number they eventually get. The quoted price includes tolls, fuel, taxes and gratuity, and it does not move once confirmed — not for traffic, not for weather, not for a holiday weekend.

Licensing, insurance and safety

Every chauffeur holds a current New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission licence, passes a background check and drug screening before hire, and is screened again on a recurring schedule. Vehicles are inspected on the TLC schedule, maintained on a fixed interval rather than on failure, and carry commercial liability coverage well above the state minimum. Certificates of insurance are available on request for corporate clients and venues that require them.

How dispatch actually works

Our dispatch board is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, by people rather than an answering service. Airport bookings are attached to a flight number and monitored in real time. Every chauffeur confirms their assignment the evening before, and you receive their name, direct number and vehicle details by text before the pickup. If something changes on our side, you hear it from us first.

What we will tell you honestly

If your pickup time is too tight for the flight, we will say so before you book rather than after you miss it. If a sedan is enough and you asked about an SUV, we will tell you. If rideshare would genuinely be cheaper and just as good for a particular trip, we will tell you that too. It costs us the occasional booking and it is the reason our corporate accounts stay for years.

Accessibility and special requirements

Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available with advance notice, as are child seats at no charge in every configuration. If a passenger needs assistance transferring, extra time at the kerb, or a chauffeur who is comfortable supporting a passenger with limited mobility, tell us at booking and we will assign accordingly.
