How as-directed booking works
You book a block of hours and the vehicle is yours for that block. The chauffeur waits between stops, the route can change on the fly, and you are not paying a new fare each time you get back in. It is the right structure for shopping days, multi-venue nights, photo shoots, house hunting, and any itinerary you cannot fully define in advance.
Minimums and how the clock runs
Weekday minimums are typically three hours, weekend and evening minimums four to five for the larger vehicles. The clock starts at your scheduled pickup time and ends when the chauffeur is released, not when the vehicle returns to base. Overtime is billed in fifteen-minute increments at the same rate, so running twenty minutes long does not cost you a full hour.
What is included in the hourly rate
The vehicle, chauffeur, fuel and standard gratuity. Tolls and parking are billed at cost if the itinerary requires them, and we tell you in advance where that is likely. There is no fuel surcharge and no separate booking fee.

Executive Sedan
The default choice for one to three passengers. Leather seating, climate control in the rear, bottled water and a phone charger. It fits a full-size suitcase plus carry-ons in the trunk without stacking bags on the seat.
Luxury SUV
Three rows and a deep cargo area. This is what we send when a family of four flies with four checked bags, or when the trip includes golf clubs, skis or a stroller.
Stretch Limousine
Wraparound leather seating, fiber-optic lighting, a privacy divider and a stocked bar console. The classic choice when arriving matters as much as the destination.
Mercedes Sprinter Van
Stand-up headroom, individual reclining seats, USB power at every seat and a separate luggage bay. The practical option when a group needs to travel together with all their bags.

What is the minimum hourly booking?
Three hours on weekdays for a sedan or SUV, four to five hours on weekends and for stretch limousines and party buses.
Does the clock start when the car leaves the garage?
No. It starts at your scheduled pickup time and stops when you release the chauffeur.
Can I change the itinerary mid-booking?
Yes, that is the point of as-directed service. Tell the chauffeur where you want to go next and they will take you there within your booked hours.
