A parent signs the contract, and we mean it
Every prom booking is contracted with a parent or guardian, not a student. That person gets the chauffeur's name and direct number, the full itinerary, and a call if anything changes. We do not add stops that were not on the agreed itinerary, and we do not drop students anywhere other than the addresses on the contract.
Strictly no alcohol, and the bar is empty
The bar console is emptied and sealed for every prom booking. Our chauffeurs are instructed to end the trip and contact the parent on the contract if alcohol appears in the vehicle. This is not a formality; it is the condition on which we accept prom work at all.
Group pricing and how to split it
A stretch SUV holds eighteen and a party bus holds up to forty, so per-student cost drops sharply with group size. We can issue a single invoice or split it across several parents so nobody has to collect cash. Prom season books out from March, and the last two weekends of May and the first of June go first.
Vehicles we use for this service
Stretch Limousine
Wraparound leather seating, fiber-optic lighting, a privacy divider and a stocked bar console. The classic choice when arriving matters as much as the destination.
Stretch SUV Limo
A stretch limousine with SUV proportions, so headroom and shoulder room are noticeably better. Bigger sound system, more floor space and room for a full bridal party in gowns.
Party Bus
Perimeter seating, a dance pole option, LED lighting, premium sound with Bluetooth, and a cooler stocked with ice. Restroom-equipped coaches are available on the larger models.

Do you allow alcohol on prom bookings?
No. The bar is emptied and sealed, and any alcohol found ends the trip with an immediate call to the parent on the contract.
Can parents track the vehicle?
Yes. The parent named on the contract receives the chauffeur's direct number and can request location updates at any point during the booking.
How many students fit in one vehicle?
A stretch limousine seats up to ten, a stretch SUV up to eighteen, and a party bus up to forty. We will recommend the right size once we know the group and the itinerary.
