What is included in every price

  • The vehicle and a licensed, background-checked chauffeur
  • Fuel
  • All tolls on the route, in both directions where applicable
  • Standard gratuity
  • Sales tax and applicable surcharges
  • 60 minutes of free wait time after an international arrival, 30 minutes after a domestic one, measured from actual landing
  • Live flight tracking on every airport pickup
  • Child seats, on request, at no charge

What costs extra, and we tell you first

  • Airport meet-and-greet — a chauffeur inside the terminal at baggage claim with a name sign. Typically $25 to $45.
  • Additional stops — usually $15 to $30 per stop depending on the detour.
  • Overtime — billed in fifteen-minute increments at your booked hourly rate, never rounded up to a full hour.
  • Parking — billed at cost where an itinerary requires paid parking, and we flag it in advance.
  • Excessive cleaning — applied only where a vehicle needs more than a standard turnaround, against the damage deposit on bus and limo charters.

That list is complete. There is no fuel surcharge, no booking fee, no per-bag charge, no airport access fee added at the kerb and no surge pricing at any hour or on any holiday.

How our pricing compares to rideshare

For a short unplanned trip at an off-peak hour, rideshare is usually cheaper and we will say so. Where pre-booking wins is on airport runs, group travel, early mornings, anything where being late has a real cost, and any date where surge would apply. A JFK to Midtown rideshare in an SUV during evening surge routinely passes $180 against our fixed $130 to $185, and our number is known before you book rather than after.

Payment and accounts

We accept all major credit cards and pre-authorise rather than charge at the time of booking. Corporate clients can open an account with consolidated monthly invoicing, cost-centre breakdowns and negotiable payment terms. There is no charge to open or maintain an account.

Cancellation

Sedans and SUVs can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup. Stretch limousines, party buses and coaches require 72 hours. Wedding and holiday bookings have their own terms, set out clearly in the contract before you sign. We do not charge a fee for changing a booking time as long as a vehicle is available.
