We want this site and our service to work for everyone. Here is where we stand and how to tell us when something does not.

Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across this website. That covers colour contrast, keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, meaningful alternative text on images, correct heading structure and support for screen readers.
What we have done
Every page uses semantic HTML with a single H1 and a logical heading order. All interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus outline. Text meets or exceeds the required contrast ratio against its background. A skip link is provided at the top of every page. Motion respects the operating system's reduced-motion setting. Forms use associated labels rather than placeholder text alone.
Accessible transport
Wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available with advance notice. We also provide additional kerbside time, assistance with transfers where a passenger requests it, and chauffeurs briefed on supporting passengers with limited mobility, visual impairment or hearing loss. Service animals travel free in every vehicle. Tell us your requirements at booking and we will assign accordingly at no extra charge.
