What flight tracking actually changes
We attach your flight number to the booking and the dispatch board updates when the airline updates. If you land forty minutes early, the car is already at the curb. If you sit on the tarmac for an hour, nobody starts a meter and nobody leaves. This is the single biggest difference between a scheduled car service and hailing a ride when you walk out, and it is why most of our repeat business comes from people who fly often.
Meet-and-greet vs curbside
Curbside pickup is the default and costs nothing extra: your chauffeur texts a vehicle description and meets you at the designated pickup area once you have your bags. Meet-and-greet puts a chauffeur inside the terminal at baggage claim with a name sign, helps with luggage, and walks you to the vehicle. It is worth the extra fee for first-time visitors, clients you are hosting, unaccompanied minors, and anyone arriving on an international flight into JFK Terminal 4 at a busy hour.
Departures and how early to leave
For a domestic flight out of LaGuardia we suggest leaving Midtown two and a half hours before departure. For international out of JFK, three and a half. Newark from Manhattan needs an extra thirty minutes over what the map says, because the Lincoln Tunnel and the Turnpike extension are both unpredictable. We will tell you honestly if the pickup time you picked is too tight rather than let you find out at the security line.
Tolls, waiting time and what is included
Your quote includes the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel, tolls, standard gratuity and the first hour of wait time after an international arrival or thirty minutes after a domestic one. There is no surge pricing, no per-bag charge and no separate airport access fee added at the end. If the fare changes because you added a stop or the wait ran long, we tell you before you sign.

Executive Sedan
The default choice for one to three passengers. Leather seating, climate control in the rear, bottled water and a phone charger. It fits a full-size suitcase plus carry-ons in the trunk without stacking bags on the seat.
Luxury SUV
Three rows and a deep cargo area. This is what we send when a family of four flies with four checked bags, or when the trip includes golf clubs, skis or a stroller.
Stretch Limousine
Wraparound leather seating, fiber-optic lighting, a privacy divider and a stocked bar console. The classic choice when arriving matters as much as the destination.

How much is a car service from JFK to Manhattan?
For a sedan, expect roughly $95 to $135 all-in depending on the exact Manhattan neighborhood, time of day and tolls. An SUV runs about $30 to $50 above that. We quote a fixed price before you book, so the number you are told is the number you pay.
Do you track my flight?
Yes. Give us your flight number at booking and our dispatch monitors it in real time. Pickup time adjusts automatically for early arrivals and delays at no extra charge.
Where does the driver meet me at the airport?
Curbside at the arrivals level pickup zone by default, or inside at baggage claim with a name sign if you choose meet-and-greet. Either way you get a text with the chauffeur's name, phone number and vehicle description before you land.
How far in advance should I book an airport transfer?
Twenty-four hours is comfortable. We accept same-day and last-minute bookings whenever a vehicle is free, but holiday weekends and early-morning slots between 4am and 7am fill up first.
