Information we collect

When you request a quote or make a booking we collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, passenger and luggage counts, and any flight number or special requirement you tell us about. If you pay by card, payment details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.

How we use it

We use this information only to quote, arrange and deliver your transport, to contact you about that booking, to issue receipts and invoices, and to meet our record-keeping obligations as a licensed operator. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages people find useful. Google Analytics sets cookies that collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and how you arrived at the site. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or by using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Sharing

We share the minimum necessary details with the chauffeur assigned to your trip — typically your name, phone number, pickup location and destination. We may share information with our payment processor, our accountant, and with authorities where the law requires it. We do not share your data with advertisers.

Retention

Booking records are retained for as long as required by tax and licensing rules, and quote requests that do not become bookings are deleted within twelve months.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email info@limoservicesnyc.info and we will respond within thirty days.
