We plan around your timeline, not ours

Send us the timeline your planner built and we work backwards from it. Hair and makeup finish at 1pm, first look at 2:30, ceremony at 4, cocktail hour at 5:30 at a second venue. Each of those is a vehicle movement, and getting them wrong is how a wedding runs forty minutes late. We build a written run sheet, share it with you and your planner, and every chauffeur gets a copy.

What we actually provide on the day

A decorated vehicle if you want one, a red carpet and stanchions at the venue door, an umbrella escort if it rains, chilled champagne and glassware in the bridal car, and a chauffeur in formal attire who knows to open the door on the photographer's side. The small things are the ones people remember in the photos.

Guest shuttles and the getaway car

For weddings with out-of-town guests we run continuous shuttle loops between the hotel and the venue, typically a Sprinter or mini coach on a fifteen-minute cycle. It solves the parking problem, keeps guests from driving after the bar opens, and costs less than most couples expect. The getaway car at the end is usually a sedan or the stretch, and we will wait as long as the send-off takes.

Booking and deposits

Peak Saturdays from May through October book six to nine months out. We hold a date with a signed contract and a deposit, the balance is due before the event, and the contract locks the vehicle, the hours and the price. If your timeline shifts, we adjust the run sheet at no charge up to a week before.
