Hourly rates by vehicle
As of 2026, expect roughly $85 to $110 per hour for an executive sedan, $110 to $140 for a luxury SUV, $135 to $190 for a stretch limousine, $160 to $220 for a stretch SUV, $130 to $180 for a Sprinter van and $150 to $300 for a party bus. Weekends, evenings and the May-to-October wedding season sit at the top of each range.
Airport flat rates
JFK to Manhattan runs about $95 to $135 in a sedan and $130 to $185 in an SUV. LaGuardia is $85 to $115 and $115 to $160. Newark is $110 to $160 and $150 to $210. Brooklyn, Queens and Bronx destinations vary by distance, and Long Island and Westchester are quoted individually.
What a real quote includes
Vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, tolls, standard gratuity, taxes and the applicable wait time. If a quote does not mention tolls and gratuity, ask, because a 20 percent gratuity and a $20 toll turn a $100 quote into $140 at the kerb.
The add-ons to ask about
Airport meet-and-greet, extra stops, overtime beyond the booked hours, cleaning fees, and out-of-area surcharges are the five that most commonly appear later. Get them in writing before you book. Where the money actually goes
A licensed operator carries commercial insurance at levels far above a private policy, pays TLC licensing and inspection costs, maintains vehicles on a fixed schedule, and pays chauffeurs as employees. The difference between a $95 airport transfer and a $55 one is almost always one of those four things being skipped.
